Founded in 2009, Henrich Group, LLC (Henrich) has built a reputation in the construction industry based upon a company wide dedication to project excellence, quality and certainty. We’re a boutique niche focused company; that operates in the commercial office interior fit-out, retail, Low-Mid-High Rise Residential, and Healthcare sector; in particular out- patient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) licensed Article 28 Diagnostic & Treatment Centers.

During the past 8 years, we have successfully provided a full slate of Construction/ Construction Project Management Services from pre-construction planning and integrated consulting capabilities to comprehensive Construction Project Management, close- out and transition management for clients across the above market sectors.

OUR FOUNDER PROFILE:

Mr. Rich Henry is our Managing Director, and founded the Henrich Group after twenty (20) years of architectural/ construction practice in New York State. His expertise in Construction/ Construction Project Management and technical applications is a strong contributing factor in establishing Henrich as a firm that produces projects of quality. With a unique educational background that combines studies in both Architecture and Construction Project Management, Rich has been living and breathing this industry for years.

He has taken his years of experience in the design, construction, and post-construction process to create a company that can provide a seamless product. He believed Henrich should not just handle a project from inception through completion, but all the bumps along the way; while ensuring that each team member shared responsibility and accountability for the project outcome and overall success.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Pratt Institute School of Architecture, and his Master’s Degree from New York University (NYU) School of Continuing and Professional Studies Real Estate Institute, with a concentration in Executive Project Management.
